The other day Grant and Jessie came to "our new house" (what Eli calls our rent house) to play with us. Looking at this picture, you wouldn't realize that Eli is 18 months older than Grant. Grant is big for his age to say the least. Let's just say that Jessie has really toned arms by now :)
The boys played with Eli's fridge farm for a little while. Grant really loved the music, but it stressed Eli out that he didn't match the animals the way you're supposed to do. He kept taking the pieces from Grant and trying to do it for him.
I kept telling him that Grant was just a baby and didn't understand, but that didn't console Eli at all. I tried to distract him by having him show Jessie his sweet smile for the camera. She loved it, of course!
Not to be outdone, Grant kept looking at the camera sweetly too.
Eli loves any kind of art project. He really wanted to paint, but I suggested stamps instead. He and Grant had lots of fun stamping and creating pictures while Jessie and I tried to catch up on each other's lives. We love when they come visit, and we can't wait to see them again!
