Room by Room-Living Room and Kitchen

Nicki brought it to my attention that I have yet to post any pictures of the house since we moved into it last October. It's only been 7 months and all :) Probably one of the main reasons why I haven't posted anything is because none of the rooms are completely "finished" yet. We've bought ONE piece of artwork since we moved in back in October. I guess I'm just waiting for just the right pieces. Our dining room is still completely bare, the guest rooms and the upstairs are halfway set up, and we need more furniture. It's obviously not been bothering us too much though :) We know that everything will eventually fall into place and we'll get every room decorated nicely. It's all part of the process. Here are some pictures of what we have done in the house as of April. 

These first pictures are of the living room. As you can tell, I still need artwork for my walls, I need to figure out what to do above the entertainment center, and I'm still not sure about the mantle decorations. Suggestions are welcome :)

These next pictures are of the kitchen. I love, love, love my kitchen. The only thing left to do in here is get some barstools.
