A Hard Working Little Boy

On the way back home from Dallas, we stopped at my parent's house for the night. It's just easier on Eli to break the trip into two parts rather than do a 6 hour stretch of driving all at once. Grammy and Pop immediately put Eli to work! Geez, can't a boy get any rest? :)

His slide that they bought him was dirty, so he and the fur babies (Mom and Dad's dogs) spent some time washing it to make it clean again. I don't know who came away dirtier, the slide, the animals, or Eli, but I know they all had a blast playing in the dirt and water! It's fun to see how something so simple can make Eli so happy :)

Those two things at the bottom of the slide aren't rats...they're my brother's fur children-Brody Jack and Tink.
