Step 1 : Secure right foot with your hands. Might prove to be more difficult than it looks because of your bulging belly and slippery skin. Hold on tight!
Step 2: Carefully align right foot with your mouth. This will test your agility and limberness. Watch out for the nose and eyes! Don't take your eyes off your foot!
